Where are the shoes designed and produced?
Our shoes are designed and produced in Quanzhou, Fujian, China, also known as China Shoes Valley. Our shoes are of high quality and are handcrafted by skilled Chinese artisans. We handle all production and logistics from Quanzhou, one of the most unique shoemaking regions in the world.
What products do you offer?
We have our own production facilities and can customize products to your specifications. We also have a selection of ready-made goods for you to choose from.
How does the custom shoe design process work?
To create your own unique design, start by selecting a style from our catalog or sending us your preferred style. Our sales team will contact you within 24 hours. If you choose one of our styles, we’ll send you a sketch for you to indicate your desired colors and materials. If you have your own logo, you can email it to us. If you prefer to design your own style, we can create a custom design based on the pattern you send us. You can not only customize the color and material of the design but even create a completely custom logo and packaging.
How does the process of purchasing shoes in bulk work?
Select your preferred style from our product pages or the Shoes and Soles Gallery. Simply send us the product ID or a picture of the style you want. We’ll get in touch with you to provide more details. Once you confirm the sample, we’ll send it to you for approval. After that, you can proceed with placing a bulk order
Ordering and Payment
You can pay via PayPal, Western Union, or T/T transfer. You can also use Alibaba Trade Assurance for your order.
What shoe sizes do you offer?
We offer standard sizes for the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union. There may be slight variations between different styles.
Production Time
It takes 40-50 working days to produce and ship shoes. If you need an urgent order, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Are there any additional costs?
Depending on the country or region, there may be taxes ranging from 3% to 10% of the total value. We typically only accept FOB or CFR trade terms. If you require us to handle import customs clearance, please inform our sales team.
